Individual Therapy

I work with adults across the developmental life span seeking to successfully manage issues related to relationships, life transitions, work challenges, life goals with creative or athletic endeavors, managing multiple roles, and successfully coping with multiple or ongoing life stressors.

Individual Consultation

I provide consultation for individuals seeking support in their performance or leadership goals either alone or within group organizations.

Fees

Please contact me to discuss my fees. My current rates are comparable to other licensed professionals in the Bay Area. I am committed to making psychotherapy affordable, so please let's discuss a fee that works for you and me both.

I am currently an in-network provider with Lyra and SHIP at UC Berkeley and for other health insurance companies I am considered an out-of-network healthcare provider.

My clients pay me directly for the sessions and I provide them with monthly statements if requested. These statements can be submitted to their insurance companies for partial reimbursement (if out-of-network psychotherapy is a covered benefit under their plan).

Please contact your insurance carrier directly with specific questions regarding mental health benefits covered under your plan.
